Red rocket vignette "ALL INDIA BOY SCOUTS JAMBOREE DESPATCH DELHI 2.FEB.1937" tied by very well-marked Delhi cancellation, addressed to Delhi with Stephen H. Smith's signature on elaborate printed reserve featuring the camp information.  Outstanding condition. Rare!  Great exhibit item for Rocket, Elephant and Scouts collectors!
